Vitcas Premium Fire Cement – Ready Mixed, rated to 1250°C (2280°F), is ideal for patching and repairing fire bricks, fireplaces, solid fuel ovens, range cookers, boilers, and central heating systems. Its high heat resistance ensures a strong, durable bond in demanding environments.

Used for:
Sealing and jointing internal flue pipes.
Repairing small cracks and damage on firebricks.
Fixing firebacks.
Performing seals and small repairs on fireplaces, gas cookers, stoves, ranges, central heating systems, and boilers.
Application Instructions:
1. Use Premium Fire Cement directly from the tub.
2. Apply with a trowel, knife, or by hand, working the material well into the area.
3. Fine joints can be made.
4. Gently heat dry the repaired surfaces as soon as possible, gradually increasing the temperature to full operating levels over 3-4 hours.
5. If fine cracks appear during the drying process, apply an additional layer of fire cement.
