By using this Pizza Stone, made for the Monolith Junior, you’ll be able to cook your pizzas thoroughly with evenly distributed heat.
The pizza stone is raised with the distance piece and your Monolith grill is preheated to 300°C – 350°C. The Monolith produces the perfect pizza.
